The “don’t look good on video” fear is usually unfounded. We’re usually being way too self-conscious.
The truth is that Facebook Live and other live streaming platforms have actually “lowered” the quality bar when it comes to video. Live video is not a “red carpet” moment, it’s a casual, informal, “on-the-fly” moment.
So suck it up and give it a shot. It’s not as scary as you think!

Issue #2: “I don’t know how” aka “It’s too hard!”

Issue #3: “I’m not sure what to say” or “I’m afraid to put myself out there.”
If you’re a business owner, coach, or entrepreneur, then you do have something to say, and there are folks out there who want to hear it! Your message deserves to be heard, and live video gives you the ideal platform to share your voice!
You don’t need an elaborate script, and you don’t have to go live for long. Just start with quick one or two minute videos until you get the hang of it…

The beauty of live video is that it doesn’t take a lot of time! Think of it as a quick “video selfie.” You can use your mobile phone and do your video from anywhere, on the go and in the moment.
